Today was glorious. I spent some time on the Upper West Side shooting photo reference for my next book, and got merrily side-tracked by the cuteness of Indian Summer. Seriously, it was 70 degrees and sunny, and since the dumb leaves aren't really changing colors yet, it could easily have been a non-humid summer day. Anyway, part of my reference also included a few shots of Central Park, so I went wandering along the paths and got lost in my thoughts. Perfection.

from the looks of the outsides of these apartments, that would be the LEAST awful place to be held captive i can possibly imagine.

Yeah, today was completely wonderful. I love sweater weather so hard. I made sure to spend my lunch break outdoors where it was shiny. :) Am I correct in assuming that the NY reference is for sexy Stacey flashbacks? Oh those fast city girls.

That fangy pumpkin is awesome. I wish it was cooler here. It's around 80ish though, so it's nicer than it has been. I think we're getting a cool front this weekend.
