i've been going! i went yesterday and did the full sets of all the exercises for the first time. oh MANNNN. that was part of the reason i couldn't sleep, i was so stiff and sore!

and i was planning to take a class this morning, but i think i'm opting to stay indoors and get a move on with my workday. maybe later this evening...?
